How do I book an appointment?
You may book an appointment by clicking on Book Your Experience buttons throughout the site. You will then be routed to our booking site.
Do you accept walk-ins?
We generally do not accept walk-in clients. Please check with your individual Stylist.
How far in advance should I book?
For specialty services please try to schedule 10 days in advance. Please schedule at least 24 hours in advance for basic services.
What should I expect at my first appointment?
All new guests should schedule a consultation prior to their first service. A virtual consultation may be requested for most services.
How do I prepare for my appointment?
Please take time to write out all of your hair questions and bring to your appointment. If you like, bring images of the desired style you wish to achieve.
Please note, we will provide a consultation at your first appointment. At that time, together, we will determine what can be achieved and the best options for your hair. Please make sure to comb tangles from your hair before arriving to your appointment.
Should I wash my hair?
You do not need to wash your hair prior to your appointment. One of the main focuses of your service will be a proper scalp evaluation and cleansing.
